Oscars 2012 fashion police

Hi Cuties!

I am back with another blog of fashion police! whoop whoop! lol! The Sunday just gone was a very special day for Hollywood! Its the biggest event in Hollywood were all actors make a huge effort to look good! It is none other than the Oscars!
Lets get started....
First up is Cameron Diaz...
Cameron Diaz looks shimmering in this creamy Gucci dress. This dress makes her look elegant and masculine because the bottom half of the dress has a beautiful trail but the top half it shows of her toned guns. Lets but it in simple terms shes a female boss!
Cameron Diaz looks amazing at the after party! she wore a orange Victoria Beckham dress! Her hair & makeup looked better at the after party than at the red carpet! But she still is the female boss.

Up next is the gorgeous my girl crush Jennifer Lopez!
Jennifer Lopez looks stunning in this shimmering skin-tight Zuhair Murad gown! (The best designer in the world).  Her makeup, hair & body looked amazing! I love her clutch! JLO is the best dressed!(not being biased)
As if the red carpet look wasn't enough, JLO at the after party came back with an even lower plunging neckline! JLO dazzled in a burgundy gown!

Next is Angelina Jolie....
Angelina Jolie was the headline of the event because of her amazing legs! There was even a twitter page dedicated to her legs! But she did look good in the black gown, however, the way shes posing looks weird!

Next Gwyneth Paltrow....
Gwyneth Paltrow looks uptight in this Tom Ford white caped gown. Personally shes the worst dressed for me. The dress did  not do her any favor!

Next Victoria Beckham....
Victoria Beckham at the after party wore a grey gown to match her smile! :-( She would look so much better if she just smiled, it doesn't cost you anything to smile! Its a free charity! I personally didn't like the dress, its too dull!

Next up Penelope Cruz.....
Penelope Cruz looks like a princess in this gorgeous blue Armani Gown! She rocked the retro look with the hair & makeup!

Overall everyone looked amazing, they defo gave it their all!
I hope you liked my another mini episode of fashion police! Please leave a comment, I would love to know who was your best & worst dressed!

Review-NYC Smooth Skin Loose Face Powder Translucent

Hey Lovelies! A review one the
NYC Smooth Skin Loose Face Powder Translucent.

I got this from Superdrug a while ago for £2.99. I thought it was a good price. It doesn't make it look to dry or powdery also it controls the shines , without clogging pores.
The quality of this is amazing for the price, but the packaging isn't that great because the powder tends to go everywhere! The packaging is very simple, it has a see through bottom and a fairly loose black lid.

It blends in very well and I realized it works better with a big fluffy brush than the applicator they give you, which is a white thin sponge.

Overall I would say its a good product, probably not the best out there, but i would recommend it for someone who is on a budget! =)
I give a 31.2/5 because of the flawless finish, but less marks for the applicator and packaging.
Has anyone tried this out? If so what do you think of it?

MUA Eye shadow-Review

Well these £1 eye shadow from the MUA collection are great. The pigmentation is really good also there all matte. The eye shadows go on really easily also really easy to blend I ordered one in the beginning, I like it so much I ordered another four more!

I love creating an easy smokey eye with the light brown as a base, then putting the dark brown in the the crease and blending it. Lastly putting a hint of matte black on top of the dark brown  and more blending!

Matte black shade 20
Dark brown matte-shade 19
Light Brown shade 17 matte
shade 16 Matte
black/blue shade 15 pearl

YSL Teint Radiance Flawless Foundation-Review

Hey Beauts! :)
Hows Life going?
A while a go I was hunting for a foundation and I found this!
This product cost me £30! I don't really splurge on one make up product, so I was expecting this to be amazing.

My View
  • I thought this foundation is great for parties and special occasions, but not for everyday.
  • Gives you heavy coverage also has SPF 20
  • Also gives you a Nice glow
  • You do have to shake it, quite a lot so the radiance and foundation mix together.
  • I would say the foundation is great for dry skin types.

Sorry about the quality! :/

Red Lips!

Well I thought I would show my red lips what do you think?

First of all I used the coca butter Vaseline to soften my lips, then put concealer on them to cancel out the color of my lips. Then I lined my lips and filled it with the red lip stick.Next I went around it with concealer with the two brushes. Lastly I coated it with a red lip gloss!=)

Another One more opinion...

I  know your probably sick of hearing about batiste, but hey! Another One more opinion about this dry shampoo wont hurt. :)
Siddiqa: I decided to buy this product, because I wanted to see what the hype was about. There was quite a range to chose from, but I went with the original one, because it was the cheapest....Girl on a budget here! I thought its a great product, because it actually works! Only if you use it the right way though :)  you do get white spray out of it, if you put it to close to your hair, which means you have to message your hair more...isn't that great if you got  few minutes before your mum shouts the house down! :L
